  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may receive a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to fees as outlined at booking.
  • Our Cancellations: If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
  • No-Show: Failure to arrive for a booked trip results in forfeiture of payment.
